Delete Your NeckGuardian Account

This is the public web path where a user can request deletion of a NeckGuardian app account and data associated with that account.

How to request deletion

  1. Send the request from the email address associated with your NeckGuardian account.
  2. Use this subject: NeckGuardian account deletion request.
  3. Include your account email and, if known, the serial number of your NeckGuardian device.

What data will be deleted or anonymized

  • user account, profile, app settings and push tokens,
  • account-device bindings for NeckGuardian devices,
  • recommendations, daily summaries and trainer state linked to the account,
  • device telemetry linked to the account or device, unless legal or security reasons require continued retention,
  • newsletter or support data if requested and no longer needed to handle an open case.

Important note about telemetry flow

Posture, presence and telemetry data are sent by the NeckGuardian desk device directly to the NeckGuardian cloud API. The mobile app does not forward raw telemetry from the device through the phone. Account deletion requests cover data linked to the account and the paired device in the cloud.

Limits

Some information may remain for a limited technical period in backups, security logs or operational accountability records, or when continued retention is required by law. After account deletion, the device may need to be paired again before it can be used with a new account.
